Surviving Crashes, Disaster & Life
Recently, the BBC in the UK broadcast their science program Horizon, How to Survive a Disaster on the subject of and I quote - 'When disaster strikes who lives and who dies is not purely a matter of luck. In every disaster, from those people face once in a lifetime, to those they face every day, there are things that can be done to increase the chances of getting out alive"
The program stated after looking at many survivor stories that their are some keys to survival, with a little thought about your life if in trouble or about to be, is of very great interest to surviving anything!
If you have trained for a situation beforehand, if you have carefully thought through & prepared how you will handle crisis then you dramatically increase your chances of surviving an airplane crash, a stock market downturn, a divorce, in fact all kinds of problem scenarios.
This was presented as scientific evidence, the findings of the scientific researchers and psychologists.
One of the victims of a ferry disaster went on to say that he had realized his situation was not fated, (ie could not influence it) and that with planning ahead and timely effective action during the event, he could change his fate so that he would survive the ferry disaster.
A psychologist commented that confidence in your training / preparation / plan & yourself could make a major difference to survival rates in an accident or disaster, not surprising since confidence is one of the factors that makes people attractive as well as sucessful, so long as it does not lead to over confidence.
Now the scientists think that Astrologers are saying that your fate is written and cant be changed, religions get twitchy because they believe that only God can determine your fate. In fact any Astrologer of worth has been saying for the last 5000 years, that you should think ahead & prepare, so that you can influence your future by acting in a timely fashion to create a more desirable outcome, could it be that science has unwittingly proven evidence in multiple cases?
Most people as proven by the various events researched, TEND TO BE VICTIMS, they allow events to shape the outcome and wait for someone else to help them.
People often lack confidence in themselves and look for a lead in others, though even then they are far from confident in that leadership.
Astrologers are really saying that you should train, prepare, practice or even visualize an event before hand so that you are prepared and know what to do and then carry out that plan in the required time & confidently, so that you directly affect the outcome and therefore improve your chances of success in the direction you desire.
Astrology & using your Horoscope is about affecting the outcome with guidance and planned action, it is not about pre-written fate.
